Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. So if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. However, you need to obtain an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number first by sending an email to returns@nugiftshop.com. Then we will issue a refund less any shipping fees. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Shipping Terms for Gift Baskets

Most of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers to your address to save shipping costs. We in turn pass this savings to our customers. The estimated time it takes to process and ship your order based on approved credit card purchase is 10-15 business days. The estimated ship time is not intended to provide you with an actual ship date. You will receive email notifications regarding the status of your order and the actual date your order will be shipped.

Most orders are shipped out in 3-5 business days. Remember - please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order, in addition to the time required for shipping.

For personalized tags, please allow 5 business days for processing. Tags are mailed separately from the order itself, using the US Postal Service.
